Step back in time with this authentic Midgard scissor lamp, a true icon of industrial design from the 1950s. Designed by the renowned German designer Curt Fischer, these lamps were originally crafted to provide practical, adjustable lighting for factories and workspaces. Mounted on walls above machinery or workbenches, the ingenious scissor mechanism allowed workers to easily position the light exactly where it was needed. We are thrilled to offer a unique batch of these vintage lamps, which we were able to acquire from a decommissioned ship. Their maritime history adds an extra layer of character and intrigue to their already fascinating story.

Each lamp has been lovingly upcycled, maintaining its vintage charm while being fully restored for modern use. They have been meticulously cleaned, rewired, and PAT safety tested, ensuring they are ready to illuminate your space with both style and functionality.
