Sheet steel: ideal indoors; untreated develops a rustic patina. Aluminum: lightweight; choose a color for outdoor use. Copper: order untreated for a beautiful patina, especially outdoors.
If you choose this Dresden pendant lamp made of copper, it's not possible to have the mushroom suspension or cable box suspension made from the same material. Instead, these parts will be made from steel and painted in RAL color 9005 (jet black). Another option is to add a brass ring, where the chain or steel cable can then be attached.
